How to Raise a Ticket from app?

Follow the given steps to raise a ticket from app:

1. Login to Vawsum using your credentials as a Teacher/Admin.
2. Go to the Menu Bar. Click on the Raise Ticket option.
3. A new page will open. Now enter your Email Id.
4. Write about the issue you’re facing (subject) and elucidate the issue (description)
5. Click on Submit.
6. Your complaint has now successfully been raised and a Vawsum executive will contact you as soon as possible.
