How do I track an app switch report for an examination?
App switch reports let an admin audit whether a student left the exam screen. In Vawsum Web, go to Examination, click App Switch Reports and select the examination. The page lists the students who sat the exam, and clicking Activity Details for any student shows their start time and the number of times they switched apps during the exam.
Steps to track the app switch report
- Login to Vawsum Web using your credentials as an admin.
- Go to Examination (available on the left column).
- Next, click on App Switch Reports from the dropdown.
- Search and select the examination from the dropdown available on the screen (Examination Resume Report).
- The page reflects the list of students who appeared for the examination.
- Next, click on Activity Details for any student in doubt (option available on the extreme right of the screen).
- The activity report then shows the start time and the count of app switches during the exam.
- This reflects the entire audit report for a student who appeared for the examination.
