How do I pay school fees with zero transaction charges using the school app?
Parents avoid transaction charges by paying with a RuPay-powered debit card or UPI. Open the Menu in the Vawsum or school app, scroll to Fees, select the month to view dues and tap the green Pay button, then proceed with PayU. On the payment options page, choosing RuPay debit card or UPI incurs zero transaction charges.
Steps to pay school fees with zero transaction charges
- Login to the Vawsum app or school app using your credentials as a parent.
- Go to the menu (three parallel lines available on the top right corner of the screen).
- Next, scroll the page and click on Fees (available in the dropdown).
- Select the applicable month to view the details of the due fees.
- Click on the green Pay button (available at the bottom of the page).
- Next, on the terms and conditions page, click on Proceed With PayU.
- The next page displays the different payment options to pay fees.
- School fees can be paid using any of the desired payment modes available on the page.
- To pay fees with zero transaction charges, use a debit card powered by RuPay or the UPI mode of payment, as available on the page.
- After choosing the desired mode of payment, click Proceed to pay.
- Note the prompt that appears, either for a successful transaction or if the payment drops for any reason, such as an incorrect PIN or a session timeout.
