All mandatory fields must be filled and any required documents uploaded; the form can be checked with Preview before submitting. After submission the parent receives a text message with a link to install the Vawsum or dedicated school app, plus login credentials to join the school group as a guest.

Steps for a parent to fill in the enquiry form

Parents may receive an enquiry form to fill in online for their child to get admission in a school.
Parents can open and access the form from their mobile, desktop or laptop.
The form has certain mandatory and non-mandatory fields to fill in.
All mandatory fields must be filled for the form to submit successfully.
Parents are advised to provide all possible information asked in the form.
Check that the complete form is filled in and all required documents are uploaded, as applicable.
The Preview button can be clicked before submission (available at the end of the form, beside the Submit button).
Once all relevant inputs are provided, click Submit.
A prompt appears after successful submission of the form.

What happens after submission

The parent receives a text message on the contact details submitted in the form.
The text message contains the link to install the Vawsum or dedicated school app, followed by credentials for the parent to log in and join the school group as a guest.
Once the parent joins the group, they receive relevant communication from the school.
The submitted form can be viewed and tracked from the school’s end.
After reviewing the entries, the school can call the parents for further counselling for the admission of their child.

Parents may receive enquiry links over email, WhatsApp, text message or any other medium at the school’s discretion. The process is designed to make the enquiry journey hassle-free and paperless for both the school and parents.
