What should I check after my first login to the Vawsum app?
Five things are worth checking after your first login to the Vawsum app: that your name is correct, that your phone number is correct, that every subject for your ward or students appears under Diaries, that you have noted your username and password, and that you are running the latest app version. All five are found under the Menu icon.
The five things to check
- Your name, which appears as the second row after clicking on the menu.
- Your phone number, which is just below the school options.
- The Diaries. Scroll down to check that all the subjects of your ward or students are listed.
- The username and password in the account section. Keep a note of both so you do not lose them.
- The Vawsum app version. Make sure you are using the latest version; if not, update the app.
Where to find them
- Login to the Vawsum app on your smartphone.
- Click on Menu at the topmost right-hand corner of your screen, appearing as three lines.
