How Admin Can Handle Student Report

Below are the steps Admin can follow to handle Student Report:

  1. Login to Vawsum Web using your credentials as an Admin.
  2. Go to App Reports (available on the Left Panel on Dashboard).
  3. Click on Students Report from the Dropdown.
  4. Next, Select Criteria as may required. (Includes – Class, Section, Gender, Demographics)
  5. Click on Proceed To Next Steps.
  6. On the Page opened, Filter out the parameters which would not be required from the available list.
  7. Page would reflect onscreen information as per the selection.
  8. Excel version can also be downloaded according to the desired Filters used for the search.
  9. Search box can be utilized for searching any specific Student or Classes etc.
  10. Above steps can be followed to generate Report and not for any Information Edit purpose.

Note

  1. The referred Report Page only meant to generate visibility of Student’s Information and not for any edit work.
  2. Ideally Admin should only have the right to view the Report.
